In the clip, the make-up artist @dayviidson noted that he decided to babysit his client’s baby by backing the toddler because he was disturbing the make-up session.

He lay the toddler on his back and sang nursery rhymes from the well-known children’s channel, CocoMelon to calm him down because the baby boy wouldn’t let his mother focus on making herself look better.

The man stressed out that his approach was to hasten his work and he had to consider his side hustle.

In the voice note she received, the man can be heard telling her to ‘watch her back’ starting from the beginning of June.

According to the lady who received the voice message and shared it on TikTok, the man reacted that way simply because she turned him down.

In the disturbing recording, the man can be heard making violent threats, clearly angered by her decision to turn him down.

He sinisterly warns the lady to be on alert, implying that her safety is at risk and even suggesting that he could kill her.

“I’m not a fool, just always watch your back it’s not a threat but I promise you watch your back from June till you die. You can record this message, send it to the police. I’m not a person you play with just like that, so watch your back from June until your death day that means if i am not the one that will kill you.” He said

In the clip, the passenger @makinde_david quickly informed the rider of the Keke Napep he boarded, emphasizing that his ride wasn’t chartered after he noticed the rider wasn’t alighting for other passengers on the road.

His intention in voicing out was to avoid the rider from requesting a fee for the other seats in the tricycle, as some riders would charge their passenger at a chartered price if other passengers didn’t board their tricycle.

A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to share the heartbreaking story of how her colleague lost her 11-year-old daughter.

In a post shared via X (formerly Twitter), she revealed that the woman’s husband had confessed that every firstborn in his family mysteriously dies at the age of twelve.

The young girl, who would have turned 12 next month, was reportedly hit by a car, leading to her untimely death.

She also mentioned that the grieving mother was not allowed to see her daughter’s body after her death, making the situation more disturbing.

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York has given Nigerian singer Davido 21 days to respond to a lawsuit accusing him of intellectual property theft.

The lawsuit was filed by a group of four Nigerian artists who claimed Davido stole their song ‘Work’ and used it to create his own soundtrack ‘Strawberry on Ice.’

The singer was sued alongside Emmerson who featured on the song and Wynn Records the music agency responsible for publishing and distributing the song.

According to legal fillings, they originally shared the demo with Davido hoping for a potential collaboration in January 2022.

They claimed that instead of working with the group, Davido used the track without permission with another artiste, Emmerson.

They reached out to Davido and he entered an agreement with the group to pay a sum of $45,000 settlement and royal split on March 14, 2025.

However, Davido failed to fulfill the terms of the agreement despite promising to pay before a March 24 deadline agreed upon by all parties.

His actions have prompted the group to file a lawsuit against the singer alongside his co-defendants on April 4, in New York.

They are now demanding $150,000 in damages, partial copyright ownership of ‘Strawberry on Ice’, and a court order to stop further infringement.

As of the time of this report, neither Davido nor Wynn Records has made any public statements regarding the lawsuit.
