Media personality, Omotunde Adebowale-david popularly known as Lolo or Adaku, has expressed gratitude to God after tragedy was averted in her home.

Taking to her Instagram page, Lolo revealed that there was a fire incident in her home recently after she left a pot of oil unattended to in the kitchen.

She said when she discovered that her kitchen was up in flames, she kept saying “Holy Spirit, help me”, and she knew exactly what to do to stop the fire.

According to her, she is thankful that she and her daughter were able to douse the fire without external help.

She posted a video of the aftermath of the fire and wrote,

“Yesterday was surreal for me and I am just coming to terms with what God delivered me and my daughter from just help me say incredible God.

My daughter came home from from school with a health scare but God make sure that the lie of the devil was his to carry first …and I thank God.

I was trying to make a special sauce for her to take to school and I wanted to bleach the oil so we closed the kitchen door so that fumes would not enter the living room as she opened the kitchen door the frying pan was on fire already burning to the kitchen roof all I shouted was Holy Spirit help me and I that would usually panic was calm I kept saying help me Holy Spirit and we kept knowing what to do, I didn’t call anyone Ara and I arrested the situation with the help of God and the Fire was averted.

I have growing children so my kitchen is full of plastics … the gas was outside I first switched off the gas put off the burner Wet a big towel and covered the frying pan, I can’t believe I didn’t panic and Ara didn’t unbelievable .. our combination naturally would have gone to panic mode but as we left this morning she said something that struck me… @hey_ara said mum when I called from School all you said was Holy Spirit and you started to pray and when this happened too all you said was Holy Spirit and you started to pray.

The enemy has already lost because this is that Year for me and I would have all that God has promised.

Please if you don’t have anything to thank God for just thank God for me, indeed I serve a living God who is able to keep his own.

A young Nigerian lady has advised unmarried women to have a child before the age of 30.

The lady gave this advice in a viral video, claiming that the infertility rate in Nigeria is alarming.

She then advised other young women, particularly unmarried women, to get pregnant and have a child before the age of 30.

“If you are a single lady who’s almost 30 and there is no child, there is no husband, I beg you, before you clock 30, go born. Born one pikin. Don’t let your village people laugh at you. The rate of infertility in Nigeria now is crazy and it is alarming. Try conceive o. Try make sure say you fit born.” She said in part.

In other news, popular relationship coach, Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo, has averred that there was no difference between adultery and fornication.

In a series of tweets, Pst. Kingsley stated that both behaviors were abnormal as it involves sleeping with partners you aren’t married to.

Popular Nollywood actress, Mary Remmy Njoku, has advised people to lower their expectations of men of God as they are human beings as well.

In a post on her Instagram page on Friday morning, the mother of three said people should learn to cut clergymen some slack.

A viral video of a student’s hostel room converted into a massive retail store has caused a stir online.

The quite industrious male student converted his one-room apartment into a retail shop where a variety of provisions and household items are being sold.

The trending clip showed every square inch of the house and the kitchen stocked to the gills with supplies so that it looked like a proper shop except for his bed, which was on the floor in the room.

The young man’s coursemates, who paid him a visit in his apartment turned shop, were marveled by what they saw and shared the video online.

An American lady, Jamera Williams, has called out her ex-boyfriend who cheated and impregnated another woman.

Taking to TikTok, Jamera narrated how her ex-boyfriend showered her with maximum love, care and attention, but still went ahead to cheat and impregnate another woman right under her nose.

She posted a video compilation of the lovely things he did for her; said he inked her name on his hand, paid for everything, used her picture as his screensaver, posted her on social media, met her family, etc.

According to Jamera, considering the level of reassurance she received from him, she was shocked when his side chick contacted her and revealed that she was three weeks pregnant for him.

Devastated by the incident, Jamera said she still can’t explain how he was able to cheat because she had full access to his two phones.

A young Nigerian man has taken to social media to share his mother’s amazing transformation, four months after she moved to the UK.

The young man shared a video montage of his over-60-year-old mother in Nigeria along with her recent photos taken abroad and marveled at the significant change in such a short period.

In the before photo, the sexagenarian looked a lot darker than she looks now that she is based abroad.

Sharing the video online, he noted in the video that his mother looked better in four months in the UK than she did in her 60 years in Nigeria.

“Mummy 60 years + in Nigerian and just 4 months in UK,” he wrote.

According to Orlando, he went for a business meeting with his friend but he was sent out of the meeting because the friend was interested in spending money for the proposed business on his girlfriend.

“He transferred 1m to this girl’s account..The account was blocked cuz it couldn’t handle such..He called the bank manager, upgraded her account and paid in another 1m.. I had a business proposal i was discussing with him prior to his calls with the bank manager.
The said girl entered his office and he immediately told me to leave and comeback on friday, that he had a pressing issue to discuss with the lady.. I was speechless 🤣.. I sha carry myself comot as na market all of us dey sell.. I say make i sha just rant here”
