Lady Shares The Ingenious Ways She Exercises Without Proper Gym Equipment (WATCH)

A lady has impressed netizens with her enviable determination, as she shared a video on Instagram of herself working out in all manner of environments.

The video showed the lady @ell_owann performing pull-ups in various unconventional places, like on the building for the water tanks in her compound, or on different trees she encountered, whether it be on the side of the road or in her home.

The video showed the lady’s dedication and determination to stay fit regardless of her circumstances, proving to many that they don’t need to wait until they have the right equipment to start their fitness journeys.

Many in the comments remarked that seeing her work so hard has also inspired them to start on their journey. They commended her for her hard work while encouraging themselves.

While others ridiculed her efforts, claiming she was doing too much. They mocked her efforts, comparing her exercises to “Man-O-War” training.
