Nigerian lady narrates how a male admirer sent her N1.5 million to ‘prepare for a date with him’

A Nigerian lady has revealed that a male admirer she met on social media sent her N1.5 million to prepare for a date with him.

She made this revelation on TikTok in response to a troll who said no man would marry her after she shared the bride price list and requirements a man must fulfil before he can marry an Igbo woman.

According to the troll, she will remain single forever if her family expects a man to provide everything on the bride price list.

In response, the lady refuted the troll’s claim with her recent experience with a man she met online.

She said the man was perfectly fine with the bride price and even sent her N1.5 million to prepare for a romantic date with him.

She shared a screenshot of the credit alert and their chat as proof. She also posted a video montage of herself getting her hair and makeup done before heading out for the date.

“If this didn’t happen to me, I’ll doubt the possibility.
Men det this world sha,” she wrote in the caption.

In other news, a Nigerian man, identified as Chisom, has recounted how his girlfriend supported him financially when he lost his job.

According to Chisom, the company he worked for at the time folded up, so he was out of a job for months.

However, throughout that period, Chisom’s girlfriend, who is now his wife, sent him a monthly allowance to help him with his expenses until he got another job.

He further revealed that when he received the first payment from her, he was overwhelmed with emotion and broke down in tears.
