A video capturing the moment Davido reacted instinctively when he thought someone in the crowd was attempting to place something on his head during Mohbad’s memorial service, has been shared online.

The popular Nigerian singer, who flew in from abroad to attend the event, was among the celebrities who participated in the candlelight procession and tribute night held in honor of the deceased singer at Muri Okunola Park in Lagos on Thursday, September 21.

During the peaceful walk, Davido was walking with the crowd, albeit heavily guarded by his bodyguard. At one point, one of his crew members removed his bucket hat and placed it on the singer’s head to protect him from the sun.

As soon as the hat touched his head, Davido flinched and quickly removed it, apparently thinking it was a random person attempting to place something strange on his head. After realizing that it was his crew member, he put the hat back on.

The video has sparked a flurry of comments on social media, with many mentioning the singer’s concern for his safety.
